Boarding/Daycare Terms and Conditions

Important Notes for Pet Parents:

• Avoid Feeding Before Travel: Please don’t feed your pet before traveling, as it may cause stomach upset.
• Meal Skipping is Normal: Some dogs, especially those with separation anxiety, may skip meals during their stay.
• Comfort Items: Feel free to bring your pet’s favorite treats, blankets, or toys to make them feel at home.
• Tick and Flea Protection: Ticks and fleas can occur naturally, so please ensure your pet is protected beforehand.
• Allergies and Medications: Inform us of any allergies or medications your pet requires prior to boarding.
• Meal Timings: We feed our pets at 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Operating Hours:

• Check-in: 12:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Late check-outs (after 11:00 AM) will incur an additional full-day charge.

2. Payments:

• All payments must be made in advance.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, and seasonal rates may apply.

3. Health Requirements:

• Dogs must be healthy and up-to-date with vaccinations (Rabies, 7-in-1 or 8-in-1, Kennel Cough).
• You’ll need to upload a copy of your pet’s vaccination records before boarding or daycare.

4. Medical Care:

• Any vet visits or medical treatments during your pet’s stay will be billed separately.
• In case of a serious illness, if we are unable to contact you, the veterinary surgeon’s decision will be final.
• If your pet becomes ill and does not survive despite treatment, we are not liable for compensation, but a veterinary report and treatment details will be provided.

5. Additional Services:

• Services like pet taxi, bathing, CCTV access, or swimming are available for an extra charge.

6. Late Pick-up/Abandonment:

• If your pet is not picked up within 5 days of the agreed departure date, it will be considered abandoned, and we will no longer be responsible for their care.

7. Owner Liability:

• If your pet injures our staff or another dog, you will be responsible for covering all medical and treatment costs.

8. Management Rights:

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet without explanation.
• We are not responsible for any illness, injury, or death of your pet during their stay.
